Products are shipped by our multiple distribution centers located around the world.

Once you place an order, we send it into processing. After the processing has been completed at our center and they have the package tracking information, we will forward that information to you. Please be patient as we get your order prepared and ready to send to you. (Sometimes this can take a few days)
