Because Fle-Ko Attire products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or selecting the wrong color.
Please carefully review the sizing and product information before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please provide clear photos of the affected item so we can review the issue and arrange a resolution.
If the issue is confirmed, we can provide either:
- A free replacement, or
- A refund to the original payment method.
You do not need to return the damaged, defective, or misprinted item.
